YAOUNDE, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Rwanda's Moise Mugisha won the 20th edition of the International Cycling Tour of Cameroon, dubbed the Grand Prix Chantal Biya, on Sunday.
Mugisha, 23, finished the race in a record time of 16 hours, 20 minutes, 47 seconds.
The tour, which ran from November 19 to 22, was organized by the Cameroon Cycling Federation under the supervision of the International Cycling Union.
Ten teams from Europe and Africa took part in 2020's edition of the annual race in honor of Cameroon's First Lady Chantal Biya, wife of president Paul Biya.
