Urgent: Paul Biya re-elected president of Cameroon

YAOUNDE, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Paul Biya has been re-elected president of Cameroon for an eighth term, securing 53.66 percent of the votes, the country's Constitutional Council announced Monday.
